Founded in 1972, Marshall Fleet Solutions is the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle service organisation, keeping customers across the distribution industry on the road by providing nationwide sales, installation, service, and parts support.
We are a long-established dealer of premium Thermo King and Frigoblock refrigeration units for light commercial vehicle, truck and trailer applications, as well as being main dealers for most manufacturers of tail lifts sold in the UK.
Supported by a national call centre operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our team of over 200 engineers offers unrivalled breakdown assistance, repair, and routine maintenance for transport fleet operators across the UK.

At Marshall Fleet Solutions, we take training very seriously
Marshall Fleet Solutions is the UK’s longest-established and largest Thermo King and Frigoblock sales and service dealer, and provides its engineers with the only fully factory-supported Thermo King transport refrigeration training programmes currently available in the UK.
We are also the only UK Thermo King dealer to have its own in-house training school - our industry-leading Centre of Excellence at our Tamworth supersite. No other UK company offers this level of training and development for Thermo King products.
Responding to the rapidly changing technology and the need for highly trained technicians, we provide a mixture of workshop and classroom training, supported by continuous online training and assessment programmes. Our engineers benefit from bespoke practical training covering every element of transport refrigeration, including electrical training.
With over 20 different courses, ranging from basic refrigeration through to advanced training for multi-temperature truck and trailer systems, together with vehicle-powered and electric units, Marshall Fleet Solutions’ product training is the gold standard of the industry.

Every day our engineers are involved in active learning in the classroom, in the workplace and online, using the latest technology to learn and develop the skills required for the future.
Our training programmes provide a roadmap for engineer development, delivering results for all skill levels - from fully experienced engineers through to specific training for individuals onboarding from other backgrounds, as well as developing cross-training skills across different disciplines.
