Marshall Fleet Solutions apprenticeships
The UK logistics industry continues to face major challenges in attracting and recruiting fresh talent into the industry, but there is an ever-growing need to do so mainly though the provision of approved apprenticeship schemes.
Given the opportunity to reshape the logistics landscape and close the growing technical skills gap, Marshall Fleet Solutions has led the way by mobilising a trailblazer group in partnership with industry to develop a fit-for-purpose apprenticeship standard to better prepare transport refrigeration engineers for a fulfilling career in the sector.
The Mobile Transport Refrigeration Technician apprenticeship standard outlines the knowledge, skills and behaviours transport refrigeration engineers must demonstrate in their roles.
In conjunction with The City of Liverpool College as an academic and practical provider, we can now deliver a three year course that includes a practical element, interview and exam.
Our apprentices also follow an in-house Thermo King training plan, ensuring that apprentices are trained up to Certi-tech Gold standard.
