Here is what the judges said about the victorious MFS team:
“The Tesco VP service team was brought in to improve the customer service provided to Tesco home shopping. The contract had been performing below customer expectations for a period of time however, the team successfully turn this around. The team came together to overcome many issues, worked nights and additional hours to complete the overdue servicing to meet the customer’s expectation. This included turning round the VOR (vehicle off road) performance for the customer, to bring it well under the 5% KPI. The Fleet Operations Engineering Manager for Tesco quoted that the turnround within both service and VOR had been fantastic, with Tesco giving special praise to the MFS team.”
