Last Friday, the Marshall Achievement, Values and Teamwork Awards (‘The MAVTA’s) took place in the wonderful surroundings of the Imperial War Museum in Duxford. The MAVTA’s is a Marshall Group-wide employee recognition scheme, that is motivational and rewarding.
They cover seven categories:
Customer Service | Innovation | Leadership | Services to the Community | Best Environmental or H&S Initiative | Business Excellence | Team
This year, Marshall Fleet Solutions had 11 individuals nominated for awards as well as four teams, and on the night, in front of a packed audience of over 350 Marshall employees, MFS were successful winning two MAVTA awards.
In the ‘Team’ awards, the Tesco VP Service Team were joint winners of the Broadhurst Cup, reflecting all the hard work put in by the team over the last year.
In the CEO awards, MFS’s Kylie Lane scooped the top prize for his dedicated work with the installation team, receiving his award from Robert Marshall, Group Chief Executive.
Congratulation to the winners, but also a fantastic achievement from MFS to get so many MAVTA nominations from the company.
Great teamwork by MFS!
