Automated Service Delivery

A customer driven system to provide validated service sheets of all types – FGAS –STE –Calibration to the designated customer contact – delivered via email within one hour of completed validation or accessed through the MFS Customer Portal.

Thermo King Equipment Download

MFS Engineers will attend and complete downloads as standard on all capable equipment. This now forms part of the standard level of service that we offer and provides system critical checks on all areas of the equipment at the point of attendance.

Weight Testing – Tail Lift & Lifting Decks

MFS provides its customers with a full weight testing to actual load capacity on site up to 2 tons. We do not use any other method than the actual process of simulating an actual load on platforms. This method is the only recognised method endorsed by the tail lift manufacturers and is the only method that Marshall offers.

Unrivalled installation expertise

In addition to operating the biggest national mobile installation team within the UK transport industry, MFS has its own in-house installation centres covering direct drive, diesel over cab, trailer refrigeration systems and tail lifts, providing consistency of installation service nationwide.

Highest levels of first time fixes

All MFS mobile van parts stock is reviewed regularly, based on usage patterns, in the local areas to optimise first-time fix performance. This is one of the key drivers in our Vison, no-one wants to stand their equipment down once, let alone twice.

Working at Height

MFS is developing systems, and taking a leading approach, to fully comply with the HSE guidelines (in conjunction with the FSDF and BFFF) for the safe working of our engineers out on the road and on customer premises. This initiative covers not just transport refrigeration but all other commercial repairs including tail lifts, commercial trucks and commercial trailers. It is our objective to develop one standard guideline for all commercial transport work, regardless of the equipment.

Contract Performance Sheets

Every MFS contract customer now receives regular and unique Contract Performance Sheets. These clearly show how MFS has performed on its contracted fleet each month and year to date – a single sheet of accurate and actual information that will allow you to engage with MFS to work on optimising your fleet profile, whilst providing you with valuable information to support your business decisions.
