Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) has announced that George Ralph will step down from his role as Managing Director by the end of 2018.
George Ralph commented: “It has been my privilege to lead this Company over the last four and a half years and I will continue to focus my efforts in the coming months to deliver our vision of being the world class service provider that I know we all aspire to be.”
His successor will be Mark Howell, who will join MFS towards the end of 2018. Mark is currently Sales Director at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent. After the initial transition period it is intended that George will continue to have an involvement in the business as an advisor to the MFS Board.
George added “We are pleased to have found such an experienced and capable individual to lead MFS in the future. Mark’s entire 30-year professional career has centred exclusively and very firmly within all aspects of the Temperature Controlled Transport Industry, which will provide him with an excellent foundation to take MFS through a new chapter in its development.“
Commenting on the news Robert Marshall, Group Chief Executive of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd, said that “I would like to thank George for the work he has done in transforming the MFS business. During his tenure MFS has been recognised with a number of Industry, Thermo King and Marshall awards. I look forward to working with Mark and the rest of the team as they take our MFS business forward.”
