We have a couple of important vacancies that need filling, here in the award winning customer service operation at our Cambridge Head Office.
The vacancies are for:
1. Customer Service Coordinators (Various shifts available, including 4 on 4 off rota – 12 hour shifts, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm)
2. Call Centre Team Leader (Monday to Friday, core hours but candidates must have flexibility between the hours of 7am-7pm due to the needs of the business)
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate considerable experiences in Customer Service roles, ideally within a call centre environment.
